At UsedAutoPart.ca, we're committed to delivering quality used airbags and auto parts. If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within our return window.
Refund Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging.
- A valid order number or proof of purchase is required.
Please note: Used airbags that have been installed, altered, or show signs of damage are not eligible for a refund. Items marked as "Final Sale" are also non-refundable.
Refund Method & Timeline
- Refunds will be issued using your original payment method.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3 business days.
- We will notify you via email once your refund has been completed.
🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We provide free shipping on initial deliveries, but return costs are not covered unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.
❗ Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Eligible cases will receive a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.

Cancellations
You can cancel orders within 24 hours. After that, orders are processed and cannot cancelled.
