• Processing Period: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days from order confirmation.
• Non-Processing Days: Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

• Cutoff Time: 10:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto) Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
