Refund policy
At Used Auto Part, your satisfaction is important to us. We stand behind the quality of our used airbags and new auto parts. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:
Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.
You must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
Installed, damaged, or altered airbags cannot be returned. Items marked "Final Sale & gift cards" are also not eligible.
How to Start a Return
Please get in touch with us by email or through our contact form within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide instructions for the return process.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We offer free delivery, but return shipping is not covered.
Refund Process
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. We will process your refund within 3 business days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method only. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
Exchanges & Cancellations
We do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a replacement, please return the item and place a new order.
Orders may only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
